At OZimmi Solutions, we believe in transparency and fairness in our pricing, working on fixed fee agreements that reflect the complexity and time requirements of your case. Our initial consultation includes:
Initial Consultation Fees (incl GST):
– General Consultation (Monday – Friday): 30 minutes A$165
Follow up consultation:
– To follow up on the current application’s status, report a change in circumstances or related matters – (Monday – Friday) 20 minutes @A$77
Consultation fee is payable at the conclusion of our meeting. Should you decide to retain OZimmi Solutions for further services, the initial consultation fee WILL be credited towards your retainer fee.

All Consultations are held via Telephone or WhatsApp, Team or in person.
Post-Consultation Process:
Following our initial consultation and upon your agreement, we will provide a service agreement detailing:
– The scope of work agreed upon.
– Statutory application charges.
– Disbursement costs.
– Other associated costs (direct payments to third-party service providers for your application, such as skills assessments, application charges, medical examinations, and police clearances).
– Consultation fees and available payment options.

Terms & Conditions – Initial Consultations
This Initial Consultation Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the initial consultation meeting between OZimmi Solutions and you, the prospective client(s):
1. Purpose of Initial Consultation: The goal is to:
– Learn about your Australian migration or citizenship needs.
– Answer your questions to the best of our ability.
– Identify your options and provide a preliminary analysis of those alternatives.
– Discuss our fees and representation terms if an ongoing relationship is established.
– Determine next steps, as appropriate.
2. Services and Fees Estimate and Client Services Agreement: After the initial consultation, should you wish to retain us, and we agree to offer our services, we’ll draft a detailed Legal Services Agreement. This agreement will define our representation, including fees and services to be performed, superseding the Initial Consultation Agreement.
3. Confidentiality: All information and documents you provide during the initial consultation will remain confidential, except as authorized by you or as required by law.
4. Reliance: Given the limited scope and time of the initial consultation, do not solely rely on opinions provided during this session for your migration or citizenship matter.
5. Limited Scope: The initial consultation is designed to help you decide whether to retain our services. There is no obligation on either side post-consultation unless mutually agreed.
6. Limitation on Time: The initial consultation is limited to 60 minutes, excluding preparation time.
7. Fee for Initial Consultation: The fee for the initial consultation, as outlined on above, is payable at the conclusion of the session. This fee includes a non-refundable advance deposit of A$50 to secure your appointment. If you choose to retain our services following the initial consultation, the full initial consultation fee, excluding the deposit, may be credited towards further service fee.
8. Cancellation: appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the advance deposit.
9. Agreement: By confirming the appointment, you agree to the above terms concerning our initial consultation.
